How to access kejuqq on mobile
We offer three ways to access kejuqq on your mobile device: Android APK download, iOS browser access, or the responsive web version from any browser. Each method reaches the same platform—your account, balance, and game history are shared across all three.
Android APK installation
Android users can download the kejuqq APK file directly from our platform. The APK is a native app that installs on Android 7 and above. Download takes a few seconds on most connections. After download, your device may show a security prompt asking you to allow installation from unknown sources—this is normal. Tap "Allow" in your device settings, then complete the install. The app appears on your home screen within moments.

iOS and web browser access
iOS users do not need to download an app. Open Safari or Chrome, navigate to kejuqq.app, and log in. The mobile browser version displays all features—live-dealer tables, sportsbook betting, slots, and payment options—optimised for your screen size. You can save kejuqq to your home screen as a web shortcut for quick access. Web access works equally well on Android devices and desktop browsers.
App versus browser: which should you use?
The native Android app and the web browser version both connect to the same kejuqq account and services. The app may load live-dealer streams slightly faster and can cache some game data offline, useful during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha when network congestion increases. Push notifications in the app alert you to promotions and Liga 1 match schedules. The browser version works immediately without installation and updates automatically whenever we release changes. Choose the Android app if you play frequently and want direct home-screen access; choose the browser if you prefer simplicity or use iOS. Many players use both.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
The kejuqq Android app requires Android 7.0 or later. iOS users need iOS 12 or later to access kejuqq through the browser. Desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) support kejuqq on Windows, macOS, and Linux. We test the app on modern Android phones and tablets running Android 10 through 14. Older devices may work but may experience slower live-dealer video streaming or occasional lag.
Common installation issues and solutions
If the Android APK download fails, check your internet connection and try again. If the installation halts with a certificate error, your device may not trust our app's certificate. Go to Settings > Security > Certificate Management, verify you are not behind a corporate firewall blocking installation, and retry. If you see a message that the app cannot be installed, ensure you have enabled "Install from unknown sources" for your browser app (not just globally). For iOS, if the web shortcut does not save to your home screen, try a different browser or restart Safari. If kejuqq loads but video streams stall, check your WiFi signal or switch to mobile data. Contact our support team if issues persist—we respond in English and Indonesian.
Account security and data permissions
The kejuqq app requests permission to access your camera and microphone for optional video calls with our support team, your device location for jurisdiction verification, and your storage to cache game data. All permissions are optional; you can deny them and still use kejuqq fully. Your account is protected by your username and password. We encrypt all payment details (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet credentials) and never store them in plain text. Log out from the app when you share your device. Two-factor authentication is available in your account settings and adds an extra security layer.
